• Built distribution from zero: 200,000+ downloads and 57,000+ physical prints across 87 published designs, with an audience of 6,800+ followers.
• Shipped an ESP32 desk device end to end — custom firmware, Windows and macOS desktop clients, and a browser-based flasher — crowdfunded to 205% of goal across 125 backers, and staff-picked by the platform.
• Declined a commercialisation and mass-production offer for the device in order to keep the project open-source and independent.
• Designed and released four open-source input devices, each published with print files, wiring guides, firmware, and a full bill of materials.
• Built and operate a hub of eleven free browser-based generator and seller tools, architected client-side so user data never leaves the device.

• Owned strategic research for new ventures and portfolio expansions; delivered reports that shaped C-suite decisions.
• Built 4 AI product prototypes (0 to 1), each scoped to test a specific business hypothesis for new venture evaluation.
• Designed and shipped internal tooling: CRM, dashboards, custom workflows, giving leadership real-time operational visibility.
